Master Owl is an NPC Cookie that debuted in the Secrets of the Lost City update alongside the Magic Laboratory. They are the owner of the Magic Laboratory and provide a tutorial on how the Magic Laboratory works. They sit on the side of the item the player wants to create, and cheers the player once the item is successfully made.

- Master Owl also appears in Cookie Run: Kingdom, serving the same purpose of teaching the player how Kingdom's iteration of the Magic Laboratory works.
