“ Your chance to max up your Cookie, Pet and Magic Candy! „
A Max Up Event is a type of reoccurring Event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. It is a special event where Devsisters would choose a Cookie to be obtained alongside their Combi Pet and Magic Candy ingredients and then be completely maxed for free to the player base via achieving certain missions with them.
The process by which a Cookie is chosen to be granted a Max Up Event is either by a voting contest where the players can vote for whichever Cookie that they want maxed, or chosen by Devsisters themselves.
There were six Max Up Events total, with five Cookies and, oddly, one Treasure given this treatment. The latest Max Up Event was 
Sorbet Shark Cookie's during the Tales of The Wishing Lotus update, and the event has not returned since then.

DJ Cookie's Max Up was the longest out of all so far, lasting a total of 118 days. This was due to an extension, as it was originally intended to end on March 27 of 2019 but was lengthened to May 29 of 2019 for player enjoyment, meanwhile, the shortest was Sorbet Shark Cookie's Max Up, as it only lasted 28 days.
- Cotton Candy Cookie's Max Up was originally intended to last for 80 days, though it seems to have been cut prematurely due to the score rebalance and major reworks that occurred in the Sands of Yogurca update.
- DJ Cookie is the only Cookie thus far to be given a Max Up event due to a voting contest, while the others were chosen by Devsisters most likely due to their apparent popularity.
- Coin Fireworks Box is the first and so far only Treasure to receive a Max Up Event.
- Cheesecake Cookie appears in Coin Fireworks Box's Max Up event missions.
- Up until Cotton Candy Cookie's buff and Super Epic Costume, Punkromantic Fashion Show Model, in the Project Cookie Runway update, it was commonly thought that every Cookie who has received a Max Up Event wouldn't get any sort of buff nor Costume after it, and as such many players dubbed it the "Max Up Curse."
- This was further exacerbated when Sorbet Shark Cookie got their own Max Up Event, as they were also nerfed at the same time, making their gameplay overall worse.
- This supposed "curse" has only been lifted by Cotton Candy Cookie almost four years after her own Max Up Event.
