Mocha Ray Cookie (Korean: 모카가오리맛 쿠키, mokagaorimat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Lantern Jellyfish, in the second half of the Secrets of the Lost City update.
Mocha Ray Cookie is a pious Cookie that resides in Sugarteara, as a devout worshipper and protector of the city's cornerstone pearl.
Story[]
The Keeper of the Temple, Mocha Ray Cookie, has kept vigil since the very beginning. Despite their soft smile and enchanting mocha aroma, no one has been truly able to peer into the Keeper's thoughts and intentions.
The reclusive Mocha Ray Cookie rarely leaves the temple grounds, but whenever doing so, riding atop a Great Stingray is the preferred method of travel. The Keeper's beliefs had never wavered, that is, until the Sacred Pearl began to freeze... What happened in Mocha Ray Cookie's mind at such a sight?

- Additionally, their perspectives on the fall of Sugarteara during the Tower of Frozen Waves story act as a foil towards each other, reinforcing the opposites between the two Cookies.
- According to the Bake My Day[3] of Lobster Cookie and Mocha Ray Cookie, It seems that Mocha Ray Cookie gave Lobster Cookie the special prosthetic claw as a gift.
- Unlike most Cookies, Mocha Ray Cookie has a special idle animation where her eyes open slowly instead of rapidly blinking, this is due to her having her eyes closed most of the time.
- Due to the Season 8 teaser trailer released in the official Cookie Run YouTube channel[4], Mocha Ray Cookie is now the third Cookie from Cookie Run: OvenBreak to be voiced, following Longan Dragon Cookie's narration in the Season 7 teaser trailer video and Poison Mushroom Cookie's release.
