Moon Rabbit Cookie (Korean: 달토끼맛 쿠키, daltokkimat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, Moon Mortar, during the Wicked Breakout Party update. She has the ability to turn into a Rice Cake Bunny, which after a certain amount of time passed under the transformation will make her change into a Giant Rice Cake Bunny.
Fresh rice harvested from the happy soils of the Cookie World was used for baking the happy Moon Rabbit Cookie. This Cookie's chubby cheeks are always filled with sweet rice cakes.
While some may think it's cute, her craving for more rice cakes may be one of the strongest forces of the Universe. That craving can even become so strong that she might turn into a giant Rice Cake Bunny, and—oh boy!—you'd better keep your distance because she is going to wreak SWEET HAVOC.
A group of particularly brave Cookies once tried to keep the giant Rice Cake Bunny in check by grabbing each other's hands and building a circle around her. Ever since, the Cookies have kept a tradition of holding hands and going around in circles under the full moon.

Moon Rabbit Cookie's Skill
Transforms into a Rice Cake Bunny at certain intervals. As a Rice Cake Bunny, Basic Jellies turn into Honey Rice Cake Jellies. After a certain period, she transforms once more into an invincible Giant Rice Cake Bunny that blasts through obstacles. The more Jellies she consumes as a Giant Rice Cake Bunny, the bigger she becomes. Level Up for more points for Honey Rice Cake Jellies.

The rice cakes that Moon Rabbit Cookie treasures are the soft Korean tteok (떡) kind of rice cakes.
The specific kind of tteok that she is constantly eating is songpyeon.
This is also honed in as to why Moon Rabbit Cookie transforms into a soft malleable figure, as in the Korean version of the Moon Rabbit folklore, the Moon Rabbit pounds tteok.
Moon Rabbit Cookie can be seen wearing a child's Korean hanbok, making her the third Cookie to wear the traditional Korean apparel. The first two Cookies were Kumiho Cookie and Pancake Cookie (with Blue Wedding Hanbok).
