Ninja Cookie (Korean: 닌자맛 쿠키, ninja-mat kuki) is a Rare Cookie that was released alongside his Pet, 
Little Ghost, during the launch of Cookie Run: OvenBreak. He then received a Magic Candy and Trial during the Black Sugar Pirate Ship update.
Story[]
The flavor and ingredients of the mysterious Ninja Cookie remain unknown. He is the only Cookie who can jump that many times.
Some say he steps on the air itself, others claim he is using some sort of a shadow clone technique... And with training, he can jump even higher! The sky's the limit, literally.

Upon jumping once, the jump counter will decrease by 1 upon the very first frame the jump is registered. When shuriken are fired, the counter decreases the by 2. For jumps higher than the second one, the first frame the additional jump is registered is the moment when the speed cloud appears on the Cookie’s feet if there is one, preventing the counter from going down too quickly upon multiple jumping in quick succession. The individual actions of the counter decreasing, the Jump button being pressed down and the first frame the Cookie’s jump is registered are all in sync with each other on a single frame and are thus subject to frame rate limitations in certain scenarios.
