Nonconformist Artist (Korean: 미술부장, misulbujang, "Art Department Manager") is a Common Costume for 
Mustard Cookie. It is her second Costume, released during The Twisted Maze Grove! update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it with Rainbow Cubes.

Future Rockstar, Class President, Herbology Geek, and Hockey Team Captain as part of the Back to School Costume set. - The Korean name of Nonconformist Artist states that Mustard Cookie's role was being the art department manager of her classroom, this is entirely lost in the English translation where instead it was changed to her being a regular student.
- Nonconformist Artist has an oversight where some of its sprites had a noticeable white border around it, apparently not having been trimmed from its image editor properly.
- While this was fixed for some sprites, there are still sprites, such as the relay icon, that continue to have this oversight.
