KNOWN ISSUES (iOS)

• Replay: An intermittent issue where the Replay button cannot be used in Guild Runs and the Grand Champions League.
  • During the following periods, the Replay button will temporarily be unavailable:
  • Guild Runs: March 29, 2024, 10:00 - April 29, 2024, 08:00 (GMT +9)
  • Grand Champions League: April 27, 2024, 09:30 - April 29, 2024, 08:00
• Doughnut Ball License: In-game progress not being reflected on certain stages.

KNOWN ISSUES (Certificates)

  • An issue where the game intermittently crashes when viewing another player's profile displaying a certificate.
  • An intermittent issue where the certificate you displayed is not visible to others.

UPDATES & CHANGES (Breakout)

Greetings from the CookieRun: OvenBreak team. The error detected in Breakout Normal Mode has been fixed.

BREAKOUT NORMAL MODE

• Fixed an issue where Energy would not decrease after leaving BONUS TIME in EP.9 - Stage 3
• Scores achieved in the above-mentioned stage will be reset with coinciding Breakout Exploration Levels.
• Breakout Exploration rewards that have already been obtained will remain as is

Server Stability Maintenance

Greetings from the CookieRun: OvenBreak team.

TO keep your Cookie Run experience as smooth as possible, we will be performing improvements to stabilize the servers. During this process, you will be able to use all game functions as normal. However, depending on the circumstances, the servers might need to be put into emergency maintenance.

Cookie Run: Puzzle World

Since the release of Cookie Run: Puzzle World's last Cookie, White Choco Cookie, there has only been one update in the game's "News" menu that has not gone away.

Greetings!

Due to a policy change in Facebook, we've detected an intermittent issue where accounts linked with Facebook cannot properly connect to the game.

The team is actively cooperating with Facebook to resolve this issue. However, in the meantime, to prevent further issues while playing on a Facebook-linked account, we reccomend that you link your account to another platform.

HOW TO LINK YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Tap the cogwheel button and go to Settings.
2. Tap MyDevPlay
3. Log in with either your DevPlay, Google, or Apple account.
