Ocean Dragon (Korean: 푸른 회오리용, pureun hweoriyong) is a Legendary Pet that was released alongside Salt Cookie during the Black Sugar Pirate Ship update. It has the ability to summon Blue Whirlpools, which have a number of powers, ranging from Jelly collection to Energy recovery.
Ocean Dragon was born long, long time ago, at the moment a giant sea wave touched the stormy sky. This Pet possesses a wonderful ability to combine the powers of the wind and water to cleanse the world.
It calls upon furious whirlpools no obstacles can stop, and wherever these whirlpools pass only tranquility and peace remain!

Ocean Dragon's Skill
Summons Blue Whirlpools at given intervals. The Whirlpool collects all Jellies it makes contact with, destroys all obstacles it reaches, and restores the Cookie's Energy. Before the Whirlpool disappears, it creates a Brilliant Jelly. Level Up for longer Blue Whirlpool durations and more points for Brilliant Jellies.

In the murals found in the City of the Millennial Tree, Ocean Dragon, alongside the other mystical animal Pets, can be found with a question mark in the center. It is unclear what the question mark entails, as it could be a fusion of all the Pets together or an entirely new entity, or any other explanation.
