Okchun Magistrate, also named Okchun Magistrate Cookie, is an NPC Cookie that appears within the story of Feast in the Yakgwa Village!. He is a caring and level-headed Cookie who is a close relative of Okchun Cookie.
After losing consciousness from falling down a cliff, his lost bearings had him end up in a completely different village. Once he made it to the Yakgwa Village, he was bewildered to find out that there was already a magistrate; yet this one was impersonating him. Through the efforts of Okchun Cookie, 
Vagabond Cookie, and 
Rebel Cookie, the trio uncover the truth of who is the false Okchun Magistrate.

- Okchun Magistrate was inspired by Satto, a local Magistrate in Joseon-era Korea.
- He is wearing a Beonggeoji and Gugunbok, a traditional Korean military uniform.
