Pastel Meringue Cookie (Korean: 파스텔머랭맛 쿠키, paseutelmoraengmat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside his Pet, 
Creamtese, in the first half of the Project Cookie Runway update. While running, a sewing pattern appears, and he flies along the pattern to connect laces and attach ribbons.
Pastel Meringue Cookie is a participator in the Cookie Runway, an event that takes place during the Super Fashion Week! story. He owns Romantic Sugar, a fashion boutique that stylizes clothing in a pastel, rococo-styled fashion. Pastel Meringue Cookie holds a formal and delicate appearance in line with his own brand, treating those he meets with utmost respect; however, he detests anything 'not cute', bearing a strong disgust and uptight manner towards such styles—especially Crown Punky's—another participating fashion brand, owned by 
Currant Cream Cookie.
Story[]
This Cookie wants every day to be like a fairy tale, and is a die-hard fan of anything with frills, lace, and bows! As the owner of Romantic Sugar, it is said that he only gives the very cutest Cookies an opportunity to commission one of a kind pieces from the brand. As soon as he gets his dough on some fabric, he is able to produce soft, lovely, romantic dresses with masterful shirring details.
This designer is sure of his own aesthetic, so watch out! If you try to challenge him with spiky skull chains, he might crush you like a dry meringue!
