We've got a lot to cover with this update, so let's get straight to it!
1. LAND 8 RENEWAL[]
The mischievous Fairies are at it again. Land 8's stages have been updated!
- BEFORE: Jelly Flower Bed, Danger Zone, Moonlit Clock Tower
- AFTER: Creepy Kitchen, Cursed Throne, Secret Winded Grove
2. SPECIAL COSTUME DRAW: FEATURED COSTUMES ENDING SOON[]
The Special Costume Draw's increased chances for the featured costumes (listed below) will end on December 19, 2019
A new Special Costume Draw will be available in the future, so stay tuned!
3. BALANCE CHANGES[]
- Dino-Sour Cookie: Adjusted the positioning of Jelly Chops when running in the City of the Millennial Tree
- Ocean Dragon: Fixed an issue that caused the Blue Whirlpool effect from properly ending. As a result, the Pet's skill activation time has also been slightly changed.
4. GUILD RUN CHANGES[]
We would like to thank everyone for the invaluable feedback that was shared about the Guild Run system. To provide a more fun Guild Run experience, we've made the following changes.
- Guild Runs will now last 72 hours (originally 48 hours). The amount of Guild Coins that can be earned from each Guild Run has been adjusted accordingly.
- Guild Leaders and Officers can now request up to 3 Ingredients from the Guild Kitchen.
- With the start of a new Guild Run Season, Guild Trophies have been adjusted according to the previous Season's results. The Guild that achieved first place has had their Guild Trophies adjusted to the equivalent of Diamond V. All other Guilds' Trophies have been adjusted as well.
- With the start of a new Season, an additional Guild Rank has been added: Rainbow Rank. Rainbow Rank can be achieved when becoming one of the Top 20 Guilds in the leaderboard.
5. GUILD KITCHEN: MEAL EFFECT CHANGES[]
- An Effort was Made: Blast Mode's speed reduced
- Jellied Ice: increased Speed Points
- Jelly Skewers: increased points for Coins
- Jam Chops: increased points for Rainbow Giant Star Jellies
- Chilly Soup: increased points for all Bear Jellies
- Acrid Salad: increased destruction points
- Flaming Pudding: increased points for all Jellies
- Deluxe Tail Steak: certain Jellies are no longer attracted by the Magnetic Effect
- Deluxe Spicy Stew: increased points for all Meal Jellies
6. RESCUING FROM HOLES[]
When rescuing a Cookie from holes with the following methods, a small portion of Energy will be used:
- Crystals
- Rescue Ticket
- Burning Day's: Free Rescue
However, any rescues made with a Cookie, Pet, or Treasure ability will not consume Energy. Due to these changes, to ensure fairness within the current Champions League season, only 50 rescues without Energy drain per Arena are allowed.
7. QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENT: EVENT MISSIONS[]
- For Event Missions, you can now move directly to the required Game Mode with a new "GO" button.
- Added a new icon that depicts required Combis for Event Missions.
8. SPECIAL EFFECT: INGREDIENT POUCHES[]
- During the "Complete the Newspaper" event, all Ingredient Pouches will automatically be pulled to the Cookie.
9. TREASURE INCANTATIONS[]
You now have the option to use more than 1 Treasure Incantation at a time. Adjust the slider bar to select the number of Treasure Incantations you wish to use at the Treasure Gacha.

We are currently tracking an issue that causes some users to experience a sudden crash in certain situations.
If you are experiencing this issue, a temporary fix is available by playing with "Very Low" graphics quality.
How to Change Graphics Settings:[]
- Open CookieRun: OvenBreak's "Settings" menu
- Select the "Game" tab
- Set Graphics Quality to "Very Low"
We will release a fix for this issue as soon as possible, but please note that the updated version of the game must first pass the review process. Once the review is complete, we will release the fixed update as soon as possible.
