Red Panna Cotta Cookie quickly begins to suspect that this Sugar Swan, calling herself Black Sugar Swan Cookie, is not the true Sugar Swan and leads the investigation to uncover the true identity of this Black Sugar Swan. Meanwhile, Wind Archer Cookie notices the worrying signs of the eternal Dessert Paradise's decline, such as the wilting of the great Paradise Jelly Tree.
Sugar Swan Cookie has departed on her journey... But it is not long until rumors of her return spread through Dessert Paradise. Red Panna Cotta Cookie insists her journey has never been cut short and rushes to investigate with Blue Slushy Cookie and Gold Honey Cake Cookie. There, they are faced with a Cookie shrouded in feathers as deep black as the night...

He shares with them the Legend of Verdancy, regarding the power of Eternal Sweetness that maintains the Dessert Paradise and how it was part of the Sugar Swan's duty to protect it. The creamy snow of the Chocoberry Forest melts, and dessert animals are falling ill! Wind Archer Cookie and the Cookiemals, in their search for a solution, happen upon the Great Honey Spider in the Honeyweb Forest. Wind Archer Cookie asks the Giant Honey Spider if it knows of Eternal Sweetness, only to be attacked in return. Red Panna Cotta Cookie enters the castle at Galaxy Lake, only to be captured by Black Sugar Swan Cookie and locked within her birdcage.

Whipped Cream Cookie is dancing by the shores of Galaxy Lake when a memory of a swan from the past crosses the Cookie's mind. As he compares that image to the dance of the Black Sugar Swan, he realizes that the Black Sugar Swan is not the same as the Sugar Swan. Yet, something in him just can't leave her alone. In the end, Whipped Cream Cookie decides to return to the castle with Black Sugar Swan Cookie, promising to continue dancing together.

In-game Summary
After leaving Dessert Paradise long ago, Pilot Cookie finally arrives at the desert where he once met Sugar Swan Cookie in his youth. As he reminisces about the past, he suddenly spots the Sugar Swan gracefully passing by! The two Cookies share a heartfelt moment, realizing that despite the passage of time, their feelings remain unchanged. They part ways, hopeful that they'll meet again someday.

Pilot Cookie: Flying wherever the wind took me... and here I am, back in the desert. I can see Yogurca in the distance, so this must be the same desert I visited before. Even that crash feels like just a memory now... Maybe I'll take a break.
Pilot Cookie: It was around here, I think... Wish I had a photo or something. That would've been nice.
Pilot Cookie: Wait, is that...? Sugar Swan? Is that really you? Hey, over here!
Sugar Swan Cookie: Pilot Cookie, I never expected to run into you here again.
Pilot Cookie: Neither did I. What are the chances we'd meet again in this place?
Sugar Swan Cookie: I'm on a journey to restore balance to the world.
Pilot Cookie: It's been a long time, but the desert and you... neither have changed a bit. Being here makes me feel like I'm back in those days, fell of excitement.
Sugar Swan Cookie: Even though time passes, the seasons always return. From what I see, you might be a bit crispier around the edges, but you haven't really changed since we first met here.
Pilot Cookie: Thanks for saying that. I'll hold onto this feeling, so when we meet again, you can say the same thing.

Black Sugar Swan Cookie accidentally falls into the lake while watching Sugar Swan Cookie. In order to dry off quickly, the Cookie transformed into Black Sugar Duck, but she doesn't like her appearance. Sugar Swan Cookie helps her realize that she is still beautiful in her Black Sugar Duck form.
