Pet Potions are resources in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, released alongside Cookie Potions and Trial Star Candy, in the second half of the Project Cookie Runway update. Using Pet Potions is a way to level-up Pets up to the Epic Rarity, replacing Spirit Potions and the Pet Egg Gacha system.

Legendary Pet Potions are used to level-up Legendary Pets. They can be obtained via In-App Purchases or by reaching Rainbow Rank Hard Mode in Cookie Trials.
Pet Cookie Potions are used to level-up Special Pets. There is no current method to obtain this. They could be obtained by exchanging Special Spirit Potions during the Temporary Exchange.
