Piñata Cookie (Korean: 피냐타맛 쿠키, pinyatamat kuki) is an NPC that appears within the story of Dreamy CookieLand!. Piñata Cookie is energetic and cheerful, playing along with the other young Cookies upon meeting up with them.
Piñata Cookie also knew of
Firecracker Cookie and 
Cream Unicorn Cookie prior to the events in Dreamy CookieLand!, apparently having partied with Firecracker Cookie "all the time" in the past, as well as being the only Cookie to play in the CookieLand amusement park for a while. Piñata Cookie also told Firecracker Cookie about the amusement park.
Furthermore, Piñata Cookie made an additional appearance in a promotional event, Puzzle World!, for the official Cookie Run: Puzzle World and Cookie Run: OvenBreak collaboration.

- Piñata Cookie is the fourth fully story-related NPC Cookie, not even having in-game non-story sprites.
- Piñata Cookie is the second OvenBreak NPC Cookie to release as a playable Cookie in Cookie Run: Puzzle World, with the first being Artichoke Cookie.
