She is an always-busy Cookie determined to work and study for her classes; driving her delivery bike to deliver pizzas for Coins on her days of work, and spending sleepless nights for her studies. However, Pizza Cookie is constantly harrowed by a certain doctor who gets extremely worried for her unhealthy habits and physical health.
This Cookie doesn't have time to wait for even the fresh mozzarella cheese to sink down before putting the steaming pizza into a box, taking it out for delivery.
To keep the shop's "soft-cheese guarantee", Pizza Cookie speeds on a delivery bike, going anywhere between the Cheddar Cheese Mines to the Tropical Soda Islands! When not busy delivering, Pizza Cookie spends sleepless nights studying. All the Coins from working are said to be going towards funding the Cookie's studies.

Pizza Cookie's Skill
Rides a bike to deliver pizza at certain intervals. The road is split into an upper and a lower path. One of the paths is regular road, but one is under construction. Ride along the regular road to create Pizza Slice Jellies and get a speed boost. If you choose the road under construction obstacles appear, and colliding reduces the freshness of the pizzas. Pizzas with lower freshness grant less points at the end of the ability. When you reach the end of the road you arrive at the houses that ordered the pizzas, at either the first or the second floor. Finish the deliveries to receive points and Coins. Level up for more points for Pizza Slice Jellies, and more Pizza Delivery Points.

In one of the live streams done by CM Rose, she showcased a variety of sketch art. One of these sketch art originally depicted Pizza Cookie with a more cheerful look. This was later changed for Pizza Cookie to appear jaded alongside having dark circles around her eyes for the final design.
During Pizza Cookie's skill, pressing the Slide button honks a horn on her delivery bike.
Pizza Cookie's pronouns were unconfirmed on her release until Choco Ball Cookie was released, in which he referred Pizza Cookie as 'she' in his relationship with her.
