The Pudding Cookie Siblings are NPC Cookies that appear within Pudding Cookie's Trial story. They are 
Pudding Cookie's quadruplet siblings, each looking very similar to Pudding Cookie but with an alternate hairstyle and different expressions. The siblings appear in Pudding Cookie's skill as additional bells to her song.
Trivia[]
- This is the first instance of a playable Cookie having more than one sibling in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, as well as being the first instance of quadruplets and being the first instance of NPC siblings.
- They dress as reindeer in Pudding Cookie's
Ginger Claus Jr. Costume, further implying that the playable Pudding Cookie is the leader of the rest of them.
