Pumpkin Cookie is an NPC Cookie that appears as an appraiser of the Expedition Shop of the Spelunking Expeditions event, where the player can exchange Cheese Stones for various rewards. Even though the Cookie has never appeared within any cutscene, Pumpkin Cookie is still considered an NPC Cookie according to the Complete The Newspaper! event.
Pumpkin Cookie serves as a background character for the Raid Mode's event shop, however Melon Bun Cookie mentions Pumpkin Cookie during a cutscene in the Spelunking Expedition event.

- According to Pumpkin Cookie's concept artwork, the Cookie was planned to be playable and even had a planned pet. It is unknown if the Cookie will ever release in the future.
- Both Pumpkin Cookie and
Pumpkin Pie Cookie exhibit each others namesakes in their designs. Even though Pumpkin Cookie is pumpkin flavored, the Cookie looks more like a pumpkin pie and vice versa. It is unknown if these two Cookies have any relation to each other, let alone know each other.
