Pumpkin Land of Fear is the fifth Land of Cookie Run: OvenBreak, released on September 27th, 2016, alongside six other lands since the release of the game. On July 3rd, 2017, the Land split into two, forming the first part of Land 5. It then became a single Land again in the first half of the The Living Deep Sea City update.

It is a Land themed around Halloween and appears to involve some sort of fair or carnival.

Stages

The stages in this Land start off a bit dark and eerie, but quickly pick up into being an entire enthusiastic dark carnival. The final stage of this Land also introduces using trampolines in a Trophy Race to the player for the first time.

		1. Pumpkin Vine Field The stage is mostly filled with unmoving scarecrow and moving pumpkin obstacles. The pumpkins will either fly forward in formations towards the player, or fling up out of holes. There are also some spiked pumpkin obstacles seen on the ground. Notably, some jellies will form into pumpkin shapes for the player to collect.
		2. Pumpkin Merry-Go-Round Pumpkins stay, fitting with the theme of the land, and now arrows with suction cups on them are added to the mix, potentially throwing the player off from their sudden appearances onscreen. There are also aerial obstacles that look like some sort of show hosts.
		3. Thrilling Pumpkin Rides Trampolines are introduced in this stage, with the player needing to guide their Cookie to land on them for them to be bounced up again, usually higher than a normal jump can take them. Trains go through this area very quickly, but are usually forewarned with the sound of a train whistle blowing.

• Getting 3,600 here will progress the player on to Spooky Ghost Town.

Trivia

• Many of the sprites seen in Pumpkin Land of Fear's spritesheets are no longer used in the actual Land, mostly due to the split that occurred greatly shortening many of the areas in Land 5-1.
• Before the Gacha rework in the second half of the Project Cookie Runway update, Vampire Cookie would be unlocked here.
