Pumpkinhead Rider (Korean: 쌩쌩 호박헬멧, ssaengssaeng hobaghelmes) is a Common Costume for Skater Cookie. It is his first Costume, released during the Wicked Breakout Party update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it with Rainbow Cubes.

Have you heard about a skater who stole a pumpkin from a witch and became the Pumpkinhead Rider? The legend goes that when Halloween falls on Friday 13, the Rider appears at the party and takes away all candy!

Pumpkinhead Rider is taken directly from LINE Cookie Run's Halloween event outfit for Skater Cookie.
The "legend" in Pumpkinhead Rider's story logically couldn't happen, as Halloween happens on the same day every year, October 31.
