Purple Cherry Stars Player is an NPC that first appears in the Cookie Sports Day! update's event story, Cookie Sports Day!, and also appears with Green Cherry Stars Player in Cherry Ball Cookie's skill.
Purple Cherry Stars Player is a team player of the Cherry Stars, a volleyball team participating in the 2022 World Cookie Sports Day event. Both the Cookie and Green Cherry Stars Player are noticeably dejected after their games, despite their 
leader's best attempts to motivate them after the demoralizing loss streak.
In the second half of the Cookie Sports Day! story after 
Cherry Ball Cookie learns better to work together with her teammates, Purple Cherry Stars Player and Green Cherry Stars Player are back up on their feet in their last game before the ceremony, helping Cherry Ball Cookie make a devastating spike against the opposing team.
