Rock Paper Scissors is a recurring event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, released in the Feast in the Yakgwa Village update, and reran in the Rise of the Blue Dragon and The Sweet Signals from Space update. In this event, players go against a random Cookie in a match of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Matches conduct every 23 hours, with each day allowing an additional match by watching an ad. The Rock Paper Scissors event arrives in seasons, each season bringing new Cookies and special opponents. Against a non-special opponent, losing grants 30 Crystals and winning grants 100 Crystals.

- After winning against Ananas Dragon Cookie, responding with "Pineapple Island" increases the reward from 100 to 300 Crystals.
- Wins against Lotus Dragon Cookie adds 50 Crystals from the initial 100 Crystals per match, up to a total of 500 Crystals after 9 wins.
- Winning against Longan Dragon Cookie once rewards 100 Crystals, contrary to the 200 Crystals that is listed in-game.
- After winning against Strawberry Cookie, responding with "Sure!" increases the reward from 100 to 110 Crystals.
