Roguefort Cookie (Korean: 괴도맛 쿠키, gwedomat kuki, "Phantom Thief Cookie") is an Epic Cookie released alongside their Pet, Lord Crumbles III, in the second half of the Cheesecake Manor Mystery update. While avoiding detection from searchlights, they steal Jewel Jellies and escapes with them for points.
"Hearken to me, dear Cookies. Upon starlight's glow I will make my appearance to embrace the brightest of jewels." Once Phantom Bleu's calling card arrives, the jewel in question is already as good as gone!

Avoid the searchlights to earn a significant amount of Vanish Points. Once the searchlights fade, Police Cookies will be in pursuit as Roguefort Cookie glides to safety. Roguefort Cookie may be a reference to the infamous fictional thief Arsène Lupin.
"Roguefort" is likely a combination of the word "rogue" and "roquefort," a type of blue cheese.
The name Phantom Bleu is derived from both blue cheese and the French word for "blue."

According to Artist G, Roguefort Cookie's designer, Roguefort Cookie's gender is unbeknownst even to them for the Cookie is very good at hiding the truth.[2][3]
Roguefort Cookie is referred to as "Phantom Thief Cookie" in other languages.
However, the Tower of Frozen Waves also appears in the background of the player's kingdom in Cookie Run: Kingdom, so this is likely due to the fact that the tower itself is so tall that it is visible across Earthbread.
Despite Roguefort Cookie being Walnut Cookie's greatest rival, she still does not know Roguefort Cookie's real identity.
Before the rework of the Cookie and Pet Gacha in the second half of the Project Cookie Runway update, Roguefort Cookie was only unlockable after reaching 300 Affection Points with GingerBrave.
