Rose Cookie (Korean: 장미 맛 쿠키, jangmi mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Carmine Rose, in the second half of the Valorous Champions League update. She performs a tango to earn points, dancing along with the Flamenco Partner Cookies.
Story[]
While walking across the town square, she will sometimes suddenly embrace a Cookie by the hip. No need for panic, as inspiration has struck her with the spirit of dance. They say if you let go and allow the dance to proceed, your mood is lifted beyond the heavens.
Gazing into her eyes will make any Cookie fall in love, but Rose Cookie's free spirit urges her to be guided by dance, and dance alone. After all, roses are truly beautiful because they grow in any which way, are they not?

- Rose Cookie is the one hundredth Cookie in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, not including the two Special Cookies Mimmy and Hello Kitty.
- Raspberry Mousse Cookie seems to have a crush on Rose Cookie. At first, it was unclear if Rose Cookie felt the same way. However, during The Sun Tournament story, she expressed her support for him by cheering him on during the matches as well as planning to gift him a bouquet afterwards, suggesting a budding romantic relationship between the two.
- Rose Cookie's previous liked and disliked gifts were initially a mistake. The like originally was Crimson Sugar Crystal before being silently changed to Golden Piece of Paper, and the dislike was Breakout Certificate before being silently changed to Treasure Stamp.
