Ruler of the Ephemeral Flow (Korean: 덧없는 흐름의 지배자, dodomneun heureume jibaeja) is a Legendary Costume for Timekeeper Cookie. It is her first Costume, released in the first half of the Save the Future! update.

It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop. Obtaining Ruler of the Ephemeral Flow also unlocks the Lobby Design Abyss of the Ephemeral Flow, as well as a Costume for Continuum Cog, Loops of Time.

Story

Timekeeper Cookie once used to snip away countless timelines, but has now fallen into an irreversible feeling of futility. No matter what happens in the time rift, the Cookie only chuckles quietly, thinking it's all pointless, and flees the scene on the broken Sonic Embroider. Perhaps, this Cookie has seen too much...

  • Both Ruler of the Ephemeral Flow and Director of the TBD are the only two Costumes that are completely different characters. While other Costumes are "what if?" or story-related situations for the Cookies, these two are Timekeeper Cookie and Croissant Cookie from a different timeline.
