Savory Yakgwa Villager is an NPC Cookie that first appears within the story of Feast in the Yakgwa Village!, as well as being a part of 
Vagabond Cookie's Skill. Savory Yakgwa Villager is an older resident of the Yakgwa Village that aids in the preparation of the Okchun Magistrate's visit.
During the Survive in the Government Office event, they are referred to as Innkeeper Cookie.
