Scrub Master is an NPC that first appears in Simmering Syrup Sauna update's event story, Simmering Syrup Sauna, in its first part, Welcome to the Bathhouse!.
They are a part of the Simmering Syrup Sauna's staff, having been a part of it even before it got its famed renewal. Being very mascot-esque and enthusiastic about exfoliating, Scrub Master knows all there is about exfoliating and the benefits of scrubbing your dough.
