Sea Overlord (Korean: 해군 사령관, haegun saryonggwan, "Navy Commander") is an Epic Costume for 
Pirate Cookie. It is his second Costume, released during the Black Sugar Pirate Ship update. It can be obtained by drawing it from the Vintage Costume Jar in the Gem Exchange Center.

- Sea Overlord was made to commemorate the release of
Pirate Cookie's Magic Candy. - Previously, Sea Overlord used to be obtainable by purchasing it in the Breakout Shop.
- Sea Overlord, alongside Luminous Coral, were the only Costumes to be obtainable from the Breakout Shop before its retirement. Luminous Coral however can still be obtained from the Costume Gacha.

- Sea Overlord was intended to release as a Unit in the defunct game, CookieWars. However this never came to fruition as the game shut down before his release.
