Serene Pantheon of Starlight is a Lobby Design released during the first part of The Battle for Fate update.
This design was obtainable by playing Battle Runs and claiming it through the Battle Run Rank Rewards. Though, after the introduction of the Gem Exchange Center, it was made available again through the Vintage Costume Jar.
