Shining Glitter Cookie (Korean: 샤이닝글리터맛 쿠키, syaininggeulritomat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, Producer Mic, in the second half of the Dazzling Year's End Party update. She holds a concert to collect rhythm notes and kicks off a Fever Time at the end of her concert for points.
In the morning, one of her music video(sic). The afternoon, a signed photograph on the wall of where you eat lunch. Evening, she's featured on a giant electronic billboard. Not a day goes by without seeing Shining Glitter Cookie!
This Cookie's songs are guaranteed instant hits! You'll find yourself humming along to her music without realizing it! With unrivaled live performances, this Cookie was born to be an international superstar! Doubt her amazing concerts, thinking they're nothing but flash and pizzazz? Go to one and see for yourself! Her charisma isn't limited to the stage.
Anything, no, everything this Cookie does becomes the hottest craze. You see that ribbon in her hair? Well, look around at how many Cookies have ribbons in their hair now! On days without a schedule, she dons the comfiest clothes in her wardrobe and cruises along the highways in her all-pink supercar.
Even the highways can become a concert as her captivating radiance captures the awe of everyone around!

Shining Glitter Cookie's Skill
Holds a concert at certain intervals. As she steps onto the stage, blue and pink rhythm notes gradually appear from the edges of the screen and travel towards the stage. Tap on the needed color rhythm note at they approach circle. Pressing the correct color will grant points. A total of 12 rhythm notes will appear. Once all the notes have either appeared or have been collected, Shining Glitter Cookie will finish the concert with Fever Time for a short duration. During Fever Time, the circle will flash repeatedly. Rapidly tap the buttons to earn extra points. Level Up for more Rhythm Note Points.

In one of Shining Glitter Cookie's concept artworks that were featured in Cookie Run: OvenBreak's Japanese YouTube channel[1], it's revealed that her hair might not be truly sharp and angular all the time, but rather more goopy. This can be seen where the concept artwork described it being "OFF ver." (Alluded to being offstage).
This goopy hairstyle can also be seen in her exhausted animation.
Shining Glitter Cookie's theme song, Shine Like Me, is a remix of "Magic Girl" by the Korean girl group Orange Caramel.
According to Producer Mic's story, it is revealed that Shining Glitter Cookie was originally just "Glitter Cookie", but has gotten the Shining prefix due to the Pet seeing potential for her stardom.
With Shining Glitter Cookie's design being reminiscent of many iconic pop stars around the world, the ribbon hairstyle she is always seen in might be inspired by famous pop star, Lady Gaga, as the singer has worn the hair style multiple times throughout her career.
Previously, the red and blue rhythm notes would appear on both sides of Shining Glitter Cookie’s skill, though this was later changed following a wave of complaints regarding its difficulty, thus making each color only appear on one side.
