Skillful Royal Secret Agent (Korean: 문무겸비 암행어사, munmugyombi amhaengosa) is a Super Epic Costume for 
Rebel Cookie. It is his first Costume, released on his debut in the Feast in the Yakgwa Village! update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.

- In Skillful Royal Secret Agent's story, it mentions a "mapae". A mapae or sometimes called a "horse pass", is a token that was issued to the officials of the central government of Joseon when they were ordered to make an official trip to regional areas.[1]
