Snow Surfer (Korean: 스노우 서퍼, seunou seopeo) is a Rare Costume for 
Soda Cookie. It is his second Costume, released during the Winter Sports Festival! update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it with Rainbow Cubes.
