Sparkling Cookie (Korean: 스파클링맛 쿠키, seupakeulringmat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside his Pet, 
Bow Tie Bottle, during the Holiday Knits! update. He starts Sparkling Parties wherein he pops balloons which explode into Sparkling Jellies for points.
Story[]
All the guests are fascinated with his impeccable manners and looks: his boyish rolled up sleeves and bouncy bubble hair. It is going to be the best holiday party ever!
