“ In the name of victory! „ — Special Force Cookie
Special Force Cookie (Korean: 특전사맛 쿠키, teukjjonsamat kuki) is an S-grade Cookie released on March 20, 2014. She shoots star candies that can destroy some obstacles in front of her. These star jellies give points regardless if they destroy obstacles or not. For every upgrade she receives, the likelihood of her star jellies destroying more obstacles increases.
Despite her constant firing, Special Force Cookie stops shooting star jellies when jumping, sliding, blasting, or during Bonus Time.
She also has a Power+ that can trigger during other Cookies' runs. Special Force Cookie shoots candy missiles filled with star candies that are guaranteed to destroy obstacles for a brief period. Candy missiles randomly appear in stages, but are more likely to occur when the Cookie is running out of energy or just after hitting an obstacle.
Skill[]
Shoots star candies that destroy some obstacles and, when collected, earn points. More obstacles can be destroyed with each upgrade.
Power+: Shoots candy missiles to help other Cookies. Shoots longer with upgrades.

- Finally, a real fight!
- Let's move! Stay behind me.
- Don't ask. I can't discuss my mission.
- In the name of victory!
- Right shoulder, ARMS!
- Jellies? I prefer star candies.
- Forward, MARCH!
- I hope I have enough candies for this mission.
Trivia[]
- Special Force Cookie was the first Cookie ever released with Power+.
- With the New World update, the Power+ effect from this Cookie lasted much longer.
- During the Halloween Party 2014 and 2015, Special Force Cookie would dress up as Robin Hood.
- In the Cookie Run Trailer, she appears without her hair. This is most likely an animation error.
- Her star candies are most likely Konpeitō candies.
- She had a hidden combi with Jellyco Cube from July 10, 2014 to June 28, 2016.
- Since Special Force Cookie's animation for shooting candies is her regular running animation, she will still appear to be shooting even if her ability is disabled such as in Ghost Pirate's Island of Coins or the Tower of Frozen Waves.
- According to the internal files found in the early versions of Cookie Run: OvenBreak, it seemed Special Force Cookie was going to return to game at launch, but was dropped for unknown reasons.
- Despite this, she still appears in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, initially as a background image for the Guild Run Button Image, and then as a background character as a placeholder if the player has no friends whilst running in Breakout Mode.
