Spoiled Cookies are a level gimmick in CookieRun: Witch's Castle.
Each Spoiled Cookie takes up a 1x1 space on the board, and is affected by gravity. They can be removed in one hit by either matching neighboring Jellies, or hitting them with Boosters or Skills.
When all Spoiled Cookies are removed from the board, more will appear over certain Jellies, until there are none left to remove to clear the level.
They only appear in level 2, where 
GingerBrave is surrounded by them during the story, and a concealed 
First Cream Cookie must fend them off.
