Stollen Cookie (Korean: 슈톨렌맛 쿠키, syutollen-mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Holly Candy, in the first half of the Holiday Training Academy Exam update.
She is a student from the Snowbell Academy in Holiday Village, where Stollen Cookie is enrolled to be a gift delivery engineer; however, she struggles with communicating how she really feels with other Cookies at school like 
Strawberry Cream Cookie, making it difficult for her to pass exams that require working together with others.
Story
Now enrolled in Snowbell Academy, Stollen Cookie is confident, having led her toy train around her family's huge mansion with no problems... but she keeps failing the gift delivery exam! She states that she'd rather take the test alone than with a holiday Cookie partner. Even on bad days, just hearing the sound of a train horn lifts her up—quite literally as she jumps and runs to look with her icing sugar trailing behind her.
Once Stollen Cookie officially gets her hands on the wheel, it'll feel like she's receiving a gift every day!
