Sugartearan High Regent (Korean: 슈가티어 최고신관, syugatio chwegosingwan) is a Super Epic Costume for 
Abyss Monarch Cookie. It is the Cookie's first Costume, accompanying their release in the second half of The Living Deep Sea City update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.
The Costume represents Abyss Monarch Cookie's past identity as Octopus Cookie, while Sugarteara still stood tall.
