Super CookieBots! is a story in Cookie Run: OvenBreak that was released during the Super CookieBots update.

"Field Trip" follows Bell Pepper Cookie as he infiltrates Aloe Cookie's lab to stop her from turning all Cookies into robots. "Their Story" consists of the cutscenes from the past AI Run: Cyborg Menace event, and follows the Cookies as they try to return Cyborg Cookie's memories.

The cutscenes for "Their Story" were introduced during the Cyborg Menace update. Both the "Field Trip" and "Their Story" cutscenes could be unlocked and added to the story player by completing the Bell Pepper Cookie's Field Trip event.

Summary

Field Trip

Apple Cookie, Chestnut Cookie, Pudding Cookie, Firecracker Cookie, Pancake Cookie and Bell Pepper Cookie are on a field trip to Aloe Cookie's laboratory. While most of them are impressed with the inventions inside, Bell Pepper Cookie is not, and attempts to boast of his own robotics expertise, only to find no one listening. At the tour's conclusion, the children Cookies have lunch in the lab's cafeteria, during which time Bell Pepper Cookie decides to sneak into an off-limits section by himself to impress them. He comes across a secret lab to find Aloe Cookie speaking to a mysterious robot in a tube and saying that it will all be over soon, that the world will be theirs, and that she was willing to change everything into metal. Bell Pepper Cookie interprets these words as an evil plan by Aloe Cookie to turn all Cookies into robots, and so plans to stop her in a bid to finally impress the others.

Bell Pepper Cookie returns to the lab in secret, sneaking in by scaling the wall with PepperBot's help. Once inside, he quickly encounters Ion Cookie Robot, who attempts to keep him entertained to prevent him from entering the underground levels. Bell Pepper Cookie escapes by activating PepperBot's defender mode, prompting Ion Cookie Robot to switch to its Advanced Tier-2 stage to pursue him. He tries convincing Ion Cookie Robot that Aloe Cookie is evil, then calls on P3P-PO for help; Ion Cookie Robot identifies P3P-PO as a new robot friend, and Bell Pepper Cookie uses the distraction to head to the secret lab.

Bell Pepper Cookie then immediately runs into Cyborg Cookie, whom he mistakes as an evil robot. In the ensuing chase, Bell Pepper Cookie attempts to land a punch with PepperBot; Cyborg Cookie catches the punch, but then accidentally rips the robot's arm off. Panicked, Cyborg Cookie attempts to fit it back, before flying off to Aloe Cookie for help. Bell Pepper Cookie follows and meets Aloe Cookie, who had been watching everything happen from her surveillance cameras.

As they fix PepperBot’s arm, Aloe Cookie commends Bell Pepper Cookie based on what she'd seen of him in the field trip and in his break-in, happy to meet a "fellow scientist". She explains how her earlier words referred to her joy in completing Cyborg Cookie's repairs, who had trouble trusting a past as a Cookie. This confuses Bell Pepper Cookie, who thought Cyborg Cookie was just a robot, prompting Aloe Cookie to explain how she turned to robotics to save her friend Cyborg Cookie with a new body of metal. Bell Pepper Cookie says that he’d read she wasn’t a robotics engineer at first, wondering how she could have made such a career change with no regrets; Aloe Cookie answers that despite the difficulties, there was nothing more important than the friends one has, and that the fuel for science ought be the love one has for one's friends. She offers to give Bell Pepper Cookie a full tour of the underground lab, to which he agrees.

As the sun sets, Aloe Cookie offers Bell Pepper Cookie an invitation to return at any time, and to even use the lab for his own robotics endeavors. When also invited to bring his friends back, Bell Pepper Cookie declines, believing that they don't understand him or robotics; Cyborg Cookie encourages him to give his friends a chance first and to be honest with them. Ion Cookie Robot reappears to say goodbye, with Aloe Cookie and Cyborg Cookie congratulating Ion Cookie Robot on making friends with P3P-PO; Bell Pepper Cookie wonders if he could really be as happy as those three seem to be.

The next day, Bell Pepper works up the courage to tell the other children about his experience at the lab. The others listen whole-heartedly, excited to hear the story, and Apple Cookie explains that it always seemed hard for them to ask Bell Pepper Cookie to play with them. He asks timidly if they'd like to play with the robots in his lab, an opportunity that the children immediately jump upon, thus encouraging him to fly them all there with PepperBot.

• Ion Cookie Robot's lines at the beginning of Part 1 of Their Story were not part of the original cutscenes from AI Run: Cyborg Menace. They were added when the cutscenes were re-added to the game as part of Bell Pepper Cookie's Field Trip in order to recontextualize them as events that occurred in the past.
• Aloe Cookie's lab as shown in Field Trip (Infiltration) is much larger than in Their Story, indicating that it was expanded sometime in between.
