Swashbuckling Pirate (Korean: 해적 바텐더, haejok batendo, "Pirate Bartender") is a Rare Costume for Sparkling Cookie. It is his second Costume, released in the first half of the Our Special Pie Party! update. It can be obtained by drawing it from the annual Halloween Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop for a limited time.

Story

Hoist the sails and head out to sea with glasses of sugarcane juice held high! The sound of a cheery sea shanty draws your eyes to non other than Sparkling Cookie, boldly swinging into the party on a rope! His hearty laugh and less-than-proper manner do nothing to reduce his natueal charm! He's really dedicated to playing the part of a pirate!
