Overall, little is known about TBD Delivery Cookie. It can be thought that this Cookie, while having good intentions, doesn't really think things through, as evidenced by the Cookie's willingness to stop time to complete deliveries.
Story Involvement[]
TBD Delivery Cookie first appears in the Mission! Save the Future! event story, where the Cookie receives a Time Manipulator from 
Croissant Cookie. TBD Delivery Cookie remarks that the device was better than expected, and that is much easier to use than the goggles.
The Cookie next appears later in the story, and thinks about using the Time Manipulator to stop time in order to finish the day's deliveries. TBD Delivery Cookie encounters 
String Gummy Cookie, and demands to know who he is and why he is entering the Director's office. After String Gummy Cookie destroys the Cookie's Time Manipulator, Croissant Cookie arrives on the scene, and TBD Delivery Cookie informs her that String Gummy Cookie entered the Director's office using a key.
TBD Delivery Cookie appears one more time towards the end of the story, and catches a glimpse of the ruined future when it is cut.
