The City of Wizards is a special event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, released in the second update of the Tan ta da! Merry Winter Parade! update. It is divided into 3 chapters: The first chapter is dedicated to unsealing 
Moonlight Cookie, the second chapter is about the side effects from the unsealing, the third chapter is focused on restoring Moonlight Cookie's original appearance to stabilize the Moon.
Overview[]
In this event, players will be tasked to collect event Jellies to complete chapter 1 and 3, and to complete various missions to complete chapter 2. Players can make use of the Fortuna Cards and Cookie Buffs to either collect the required Mission Jelly faster, or to reach higher scores.
Before entering the event, you can choose between either the 
Blissful Full Moon's Full Moon Card or 
Alluring Crescent Moon's Crescent Card, each card have an effect to make its corresponding Mission Jelly appear more often than the other event Jelly, and slightly alter the map's appearance. Players are allowed to change their card at the beginning of chapter 2 for 
2900 Crystals. The chosen card will determine the final costume reward given at the end of chapter 3. Players can buy the other costume they didn't choose through the Package Shop.
Extra rewards are available every time you reach certain amount of score. At the end of the event, your high scores for each chapter will be merged into one, and you will be given rewards based on your final placement on the leaderboard.
Fortuna Cards[]
Fortuna Cards gives various buffs to help obtain the required event Jelly faster or to get a higher score. Players are given 3 free card draws each day, drawing a card will cost 
10.000 Coins after using all 3 free draws. Each run can only use one Fortuna Card buff, and they will disappear after each run.

After choosing a card, you will get either the Rune of Light or Rune of Darkness, both runes have the same missions with the same amount of requirements. While the game lets you break the seals on both runes, the rune connected with the chosen card will have better rewards while also easier to complete with the chosen card's effect compared to the other one.

Each Moon has its own side effects, and you will be given advices from the Cookies on how to sleep through the bright night caused by Blissful Full Moon, or the endless nightmares caused by Alluring Crescent Moon.
