Tickling Spring Breeze is a Lobby Design during the third part of The Hidden Truth of the City update.
This design is obtainable by buying it 1,200 Sugar Blossoms during the Spring Season of Custom Runs. It was made available again during the In the Shadows of the Dunes update. Though, after the introduction of the Gem Exchange Center, it was made available again through the Vintage Costume Jar.
