Timekeeper Cookie (Korean: 시간지기 쿠키, siganjigi kuki) is a Legendary Cookie that was released in the second half of Operation Timeguard update, as part of the fourth anniversary celebrations for Cookie Run: OvenBreak. Though uniquely, she did not have a Pet of her own at the time, instead sharing a Combi Bonus with 
Croissant Cookie's Pet, 
Cosmos Gear. She then received a Magic Candy and her own Pet, 
Continuum Cog, in the second half of the Save the Future! update. Though to keep the gimmick, Continuum Cog also shares a Combi Bonus with Croissant Cookie.
Timekeeper Cookie is an individual whom many both question the existence of and live unbeknownst of her existence. She holds mass power for she is able to manipulate, control, and or destroy timelines at the snap of a finger. As bubbly and energetic as she is, she holds an underlying terror to her existence due to the infinite possibilities of her actions that all stem from the name of curing boredom. She is the future version of Croissant Cookie, however the Timekeeper Cookie that is playable stems from a different timeline to the Croissant Cookie that is playable.
Story
Existing within multiple points in spacetime, Timekeeper Cookie is both present and absent at once. Perhaps this power allows Timekeeper Cookie to evade the agents of the Time Balance Department (TBD) with such effortless ease. But is this too much power for a single Cookie? With but a snap, a Cookie's dough can instantly revert into flour and sugar. With a single blink, even fallen kingdoms and shattered realms return to their former glory.
This all-powerful chronokinetic seems to act on a whim, disregarding the dangers and risks of time travel. After plunging the world into disarray, the time-traveler watches events unfold with a sly smile. Is the power to control time a mere means to stave off boredom?

Using the Sonic Embroider and creating time rifts will grant points. After creating a giant time rift, Timekeeper Cookie is able to bend the time-space continuum and blink forward 2 times. Blinking forward will attract all nearby Jellies and grant Time Blink Points. Level Up for more points when creating time rifts and more Time Blink Points.
