In their quest to break  Sea Fairy Cookie's curse,  Peppermint Cookie and  Sorbet Shark Cookie ventured down into the depth(sic) of the ocean with the Wave Drop found at the top of the Tower of Frozen Waves! The two then encounters(sic)  Lobster Cookie, the guardian of Sugarteara, who reveals that the Cookie had been decreed by the celestials. So, the two follows(sic) Lobster Cookie to Sugarteara.

| In their desperate escape from Mocha Ray Cookie, the three finally stumble upon Sea Fairy Cookie! With a pearl that has turned half dark in her possession, the three Cookies hand her the Wave Drop to break the curse. However, to their surprise, nothing happened despite their efforts. In that moment, Lobster Cookie completely altering the pearl,(sic) and to their surprise, Mocha Ray Cookie, whom they believed to be their foe, unexpectedly lends them a helping hand. And at long last, Sea Fairy Cookie opens her eyes!

While Sea Fairy Cookie is lost in confusion, Lobster Cookie engages in a fierce battle with Mocha Ray Cookie. However, both Cookies, being guardians who are committed to protecting Sugarteara, have chosen alternative paths...! As the battle nears its end with Mocha Ray Cookie being overpowered, Sea Fairy Cookie embraces the pearl, merging into one to reverse the abnormalities that have befallen the sea with the help of the  Wave Drop. The ocean was purified, however, as a consequence, Sugarteara, originally created by the power of Sea Fairy Cookie, is drawn into the Cookie and disappears.

Sea Fairy Cookie left Memory Fragments at the Tower of Frozen Waves and the reason is revealed. It turns out that Sea Fairy Cookie was not cursed but had hidden deep in the ocean unable to bear the overwhelming emotions towards the moon, which gradually turned darker. So, she had been preventing it from growing darker. Mocha Ray Cookie accepts Sea Fairy Cookie's apology for the vanishing Sugarteara(sic) and vows to find Lobster Cookie and rebuild Sugarteara together. Meanwhile, since Wave Drop left the Tower of Frozen Waves, it was thought to be collapsed, however thanks to  Captain Ice Cookie and  Pirate Cookie, it was saved. Although it seemed like everything was resolved smoothly, even without a treasure, Lobster Cookie receives a new proposal from  Eerie Anglerfish, who became the mouth of  Dark Enchantress Cookie.

There, filled with nothing but trash, they come across an incredibly massive shadow looming over them...!

The enormous shadow turned out to be Wandercrab, a city atop a mechanical hermit crab! Venturing into the city in search of the power that moves the city, the Cookies encounter  Electric Eel Cookie. At first Electric Eel Cookie was wary of the unfamiliar visitors, but quickly warmed up to them due to Mocha Ray Cookie's clever response, saying that they're, too, wanderers. Despite the occasional danger of falling trash, the residents of Wandercrab live happily. Mocha Ray Cookie and Lobster Cookie decide to stay for a while to obtain the source of city's(sic) mobility. Meanwhile, Mocha Ray Cookie can't help but feel familiar with a Cookie among the residents who wears an ink cloak...

| Mocha Ray Cookie, chasing after the Cookie wearing an ink cloak, heads towards the broken pot house. To the Cookie's surprised(sic), Electric Eel Cookie was there. The Cookie tries to convince Ink Cloak Cookie that the city's blackout might be caused by them and suggests fidning(sic) a solution together. Failing to convince the Cookie, Electric Eel Cookie leaves the scene. Ink Cloak Cookie pretends to be a stranger but become(sic) furious when Mocha Ray Cookie remembers Sugarteara as a perfect city, and the Cookie takes off their hood. It turns out the Cookie was Octopus Cookie, who was once Sugarteara's high regent! Mocha Ray Cookie passionately cries out about the destruction of Sugarteara that occurred after the disappearance of the high regent, but Octopus Cookie shows no interest. Then the Cookie remarks that living away from the life in Sugarteara is better leaves Mocha Ray Cookie in shock(sic).

Mocha Ray Cookie contemplates their conversation with  Abyss Monarch Cookie, sharing the Cookie's previous identity as Octopus Cookie with Lobster Cookie. Lobster Cookie is dismissive of Mocha Ray Cookie's doubts, asking why they would trust the word of a traitor. Their conversation is interrupted by the Wandercrab Cookies pulling them into a dance. Later, Mocha Ray Cookie returns to the broken pot where Abyss Monarch Cookie resides, wanting to know more about the other's experience with Sugarteara. Abyss Monarch Cookie doubts that anything they say will actually be taken into account by Mocha Ray Cookie, but Mocha Ray Cookie insists that they want the Sugarteara they rebuild to be a beautiful place for everyone. Abyss Monarch Cookie advises Mocha Ray Cookie to first deal with Lobster Cookie, particularly focusing on the ominous dark power of the Cookie's new claw. They warn Mocha Ray Cookie that they will not hold back if Lobster Cookie brings harm upon Wandercrab.

| Lobster Cookie continues with their plan to gain access to Wandercrab's power plant by becoming closer to Electric Eel Cookie. Remembering how Lobster Cookie swiftly and effectively handled the falling trash previously, Electric Eel Cookie asks if they would help guard the power plant. Soon after, a lost young Cookie is spotted wandering outside of the City— Cookiecutter Shark Cookie is swiftly accepted by the residents and welcomed into the city. Lobster Cookie is shocked by how easily the Cookie is made a Wandercrab resident, recalling how they were only fully accepted into Sugarteara after losing their arm. They tell as much to Mocha Ray Cookie, expressing a desire for the rebuilt Sugarteara to be a place where Cookies like themself find comfort. Mocha Ray Cookie accurately summarizes that even if the two of them are aiming to take the city's power source, neither of them want to see Wandercrab fall. However, for the sake of Sugarteara, Lobster Cookie is resolved to do anything, regardless of any personal feelings.
