Twinkleping (Korean: 빤짝핑, ppanjjakping) is a Teenieping "Cookie" released alongside her Pet, 
Twinklecloud, in the second half of the Catch! Teeniepings Ready to Run! update.
Twinkleping was obtainable exclusively through the Star★Powder Shop.
Story[]
Twinkleping is willing to try anything new and is constantly coming up with new ideas to help the Cookies return home. Perhaps the endless source of her fresh ideas, as refreshing as a sip of tangy lemon juice, comes from her pure and joyous heart, where gloom has no place to settle!
Whenever Twinkleping starts speaking, everyone knows a brilliant, twinkling idea is about to shine as bright as the crescent moon floating in the night sky!
