Twisted Labyrinth (Korean: 비틀린 미궁의 인도자, biteulrin migunge indoja, "Twisted Labyrinth Guide") is a Super Epic Costume for Pomegranate Cookie. It is her first Costume, released in the first half of The Hidden Truth of the City update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.
Darkness has settled upon the world as night arrives. Take caution if you run into Pomegranate Cookie... Her offer to guide you through the labyrinthine paths may lead you to an inescapable nightmare...
Oddly, though Pomegranate Cookie has a unique "unhappy" sprite in the lobby normally, Twisted Labyrinth instead uses one of her sprites from when she runs out of Energy in a normal run.

Curiously, the "duelWin" asset for Twisted Labyrinth features incomplete eyes, even though the specific sprite in the general sprite sheet shows a more finished version.
It is unclear why this oversight exists, but it could be due to Devsisters accidentally uploading an earlier version of the high quality sprite in the data for the game.
