Windcatcher (Korean: 풀잎개비, pullipkkaebi) is a Legendary Pet that was released during The Hidden Truth of the City update. It summons gusts of wind to create Grassleaf Jellies for points, slightly enhances the Cookie's running speed, and slows Energy drain.
Originally a Mythic Pet from CookieWars, known as Leafwheel during the game's closed beta test, its appearance was slightly changed in its transition to Cookie Run: OvenBreak, as its "pinwheels" were made slightly softer and less angular.
Windcatcher also appears as one of the minor characters in The Truth of the City story.

- One of Windcatcher's Jellies slightly resembles the Lucky Clover Jellies made by the Lucky Clover Earrings Treasure.
- When running in the "Temple of the Millennial Tree" map, Windcatcher will sometimes drop a big Energy Potion.
