Xylitol Blue Cookie is an NPC that first appears in the in Save Planet Xylitol story, released during The Sweet Signals From Space update.
Xylitol Blue Cookie is a resident of Planet Xylitol. Like many other Xylitol Cookie's, they are a brilliant scientist, having invented an interstellar navigation program, able to calculate the distance from Planet Xylitol and 
Astronaut Cookie's hometown. Unfortunately, the distance in Cookie-meters is too long to fully read out.

- Xylitol Blue Cookie, alongside Xylitol Purple Cookie, Xylitol Grey Cookie and XyL-Dog, don't have character sprites. They all only visually appear as part of background cutscene images.
