Xylitol Grey Cookie is an NPC that first appears in the in Save Planet Xylitol story, released during The Sweet Signals From Space update.
Xylitol Grey Cookie is an elderly resident of Planet Xylitol. Like many other Xylitol Cookie's, they are a brilliant scientist, and are the Cookie that builds XyL-Dog robots. According to them, each XyL-Dog looks similar, but each is a different individual.
They also state that XyL-Dog is the only family that they have.

- Xylitol Grey Cookie, alongside Xylitol Purple Cookie, Xylitol Blue Cookie and XyL-Dog, don't have character sprites. They all only visually appear as part of background cutscene images.
