Yakgwa Deer is an NPC that appears within the Thief at Large in Yakgwa Village story. It is the true culprit behind the theft of the King's tribute offerings that 
Yugwa Cookie and 
Yeot Cookie were investigating.
Due to the scarcity of Jellies during the winter, the Deer resorted to stealing from the Yakgwa Village in order to feed its young fawn. In the process it happened to steal the Villages royal offerings, which it "didn't know where important". In the process of this, its erratic movements and loud yelling were mistaken for 
Vagabond Cookie's trademark singing and dancing, causing the Cookie to be incorrectly framed for the thefts.
